Long Pose Figure Study Sunday – Each Month at Solune

This monthly figure study offers a slower, more focused session built around a single sustained pose. Artists will work from a live model holding one pose for the duration of the session, with structured breaks to support longer studies and deeper observation.

While this format is especially well-suited for painting, it is open to all mediums and skill levels. The extended pose allows artists to settle in, study form and proportion over time, and work at a more deliberate pace than a typical figure session.

There is no instruction or critique—this is quiet, self-directed studio time in a shared space.

Cost: $30 or pay-what-you-can
Please bring your own materials. You are welcome to start setting up at 2:00 pm.
